I appreciate the input. I love IUL's especially option B max funded then switched to option A once you start taking the loans.


At this point though I'm just looking for a good 20 pay for the foundation with Guarantees. I'll set up his IUL at a later date.

I can not help you with Mass but you may want to look into future purchase option rider as well.

Also maybe commercial property.

Damn, I knew there was something I left off the other illustration.

I included the GIR Rider (guaranteed Insurability Rider) for $125k.

That brings it to $50/m
CV & DB stay the same.
