Advice for agents seeking a Medicare FMO/GA

Looking for advice (suggestions) that we can share with agents (typically newer to the business) who need to find an FMO / GA. What should they look for? What question(s) would you suggest they ask (before agreeing to be appointed).

If you sell Medigap and/or Medicare Advantage ... what would you advise a new agent to look for? Many thanks.
