Cigna paying 0% on SEPs Important Broker Commission Update

If they didn't **** everyone during OEP, I could of lived 0% for non verifiable SEP's, like if someone lose's their work based coverage and has a letter like with an off-x app that should be reg comp.

This is the part that could create suspicion about really being concerned with the carrier's viability long term. Most, if not all SEP's could be verified if anyone really tried. I just found out that HC.gov requires a copy of a death certificate for those who are newly applying due to a death in the family. Now if they had done that for loss of coverage, maybe not so messy. I suspect that just getting enrollments on the books slipped in there. Or I am paranoid.

Aetna sent out email two weeks ago. No commissions for se.p

For on Marketplace policies I am receiving funny commissions. If I knew it will be like that, I never will sale them.
