Nope, I root for Tampa Bay. Thanks for taking the bait.
The only bait I took from you, is the bait to keep your silly grade school arguing going! Yep, I sure fell for that one.

MOMMY.....DADDY.....STOP fighting.....
The question was could u be appointed with Aetna amer continental or monumental with more than one organization and have more than one writing # with the same carrier. For example u have a lower contract through one fmo because they give u leads but for your self generated referrals you write the same carrier through another fmo at a higher contract?
No you can't but if you haven't written any business with a carrier for six months then you can get re-appointed with that carrier and another FMO. Or ask for a release of course.
You clearly do not understand how the health business works. FMO's are in charge on weather you can move or not. ACI is an Aetna company and the usual FE rules do not apply here since they are a major Med Supp player.
If the FMO does not release you, than you do not move.....
Yes and even some of the FE carriers won't let you move just by not writing for 6months. You have to actually cancel your contract and that is when your six month wait begins.
Quick question: are they also in charge on whether you can move - or not?FMO's are in charge on weather you can move or not.
