Agent Pipeline

Let me clarify, I don't mean promoted as a advertiser on here, but some posters recommended them.

Made errors on my commission rates. Paid me incorrectly.
Messed up other contracts and rather than fixing them, they let it set on someone's desk for a month until I asked what was going on.
Did not process a requested med adv state appointment, which nearly cost an agent their license.

Then told them I wasn't going to work with them any more, because of these errors. They refused to release me, even though I had zero debt.

Yes. I have experience with Ritter. Have nothing but good things to say about their shop. In my opinion, a smaller IMO is usually better, but if one of the big guys is more your flavor, I suggest Ritter over agent pipeline, URL, SMS, and those others. My $.02.

If these are the guys out of South Carolina I have them for my Aetna contract and they made a mistake on my commission level for FE as well. The difference is that when I caught it 4 MONTHS LATER they cut me a check for the difference back to the first app I wrote. I don't have any problems with them

Agent pipeline wouldn't give me a release either unless my new upline would sign a waiver that they would take on any debts.
I didn't have any debts with them, only renewals. The new company wouldn't sign that form so I'm stuck with AP

I don't understand why they wouldn't sign that if you didn't have any debts. Maybe you should have called someone else that you know, like me!

I have heard of SMS, no experience with them and do not know anyone that has, but I haven't heard of URL.

I have some carriers through SMS and have had no problems. My rep there has been accessible and they have a lot of online tools that are very helpful. I also have some carriers with Ritter. Both are responsive and carry a wide range of carriers and products.

I am not a fan. They love calling you and offer contracts and the free mailing. Just because they are big does not mean better.

They are not the same guys, although I'm sorry to hear of your troubles.

Agent pipeline is in west Virginia.
If you were referring to Ritter, they're in Pennsylvania.

Please note that Senior Marketing Specialists (SMS) does grant written releases as long as the agent does not owe a debit balance. I didn't know if you were referring to the other SMS, but Senior Marketing Specialists DOES grant written releases.
