Hello!

You were recently notified that Allstate has closed its acquisition of National General Holdings Corp. As of Jan. 4, 2021, National General is officially part of the Allstate family!

We’re excited for what lies ahead! With Allstate’s customer focus and National General’s independent agent focus, we have strong opportunities for continued innovation and data-driven customer value. We’re looking forward to you, our agent partners, being a part of that growth.

Our accident and health division complements Allstate Benefits’ offerings, creating new opportunities to build your business with Allstate products. Additionally, we will be bringing Allstate’s brand strength to National General Benefits Solutions.

We hope you enjoyed the “sneak peek” of our new logo! Until we refresh the brand identity, including the new logo, we will continue to use the existing logos and visual identities (and kindly ask you to do the same) until our official re-launch. Stay tuned—we will keep you updated as the brand evolves and the visual identity is available.

Business as usual:
  • Your current appointments to sell the National General Benefits Solutions portfolio of products will not change. You can continue to sell as you do today.
  • Your commissions will continue to be paid by National General.
  • Nothing will change for your clients, and their members will continue to access their plan information as they do today.
We will keep you updated with any administrative changes that may happen during our transition from National General to Allstate.

What to look forward to:
  • Allstate voluntary products will soon be available to you through your National General Benefits Solutions sales partners – giving you more options to offer clients.
We hope you are as excited as we are about this opportunity and where this new journey will take us. We look forward to our continued partnership and continuing to service your clients’ health insurance needs.

We will continue to keep you informed of our progress and changes during the transition. If you have questions, please reach out to your National General Benefits Solutions Sales Representative.

Sincerely,

Dave Grahl CLU, ChFC, RHU
Vice President, National General Benefits Solutions Sales
