ANICO has an e signature in place in New York if it is not a replacement. Then it has to be a paper app due to reg 60. It is not really an FE carrier. It is non med but not simplified. If healthy ie just blood pressure/ chol it has a 2 to 3 day turn around. It is also well priced. It is not a good fit for disabled, diabetics,etc.
