Like many of us, I got my butt kicked so badly (Pd 10% of owed) by the ACA companies, I'm not taking the test this year. Fool me once etc....
I looked at some of the "sharing" plans, but they are often worse.
I saw an awful lot of it. Ex: 62 YO Alabama man prostate scope. He got the bill and "got scoped worse $680.00" His words. Many "sharing" make people pledge to live a biblical lifestyle ETC. If that's your wheelhouse I say that's honestly great. As long as you're not the one who gets some dread disease, that drains the pool.
I kept looking and found, an ACA compliant, plan GI, no health ?s All ages 18-64 best plan less $180.00 Mo. No penalty!! Yes, all 63 requirements
Then the problem is proper coverage of the huge hole! Hospital Indemnity.
GTL =NO, Medico =NO Equitable= NO UHC = NO UNUM = NO
Does anyone have a comparison chart? Underwriting guides etc?
BTW GI required, in group Preferably Individual also Tall order?
