We have used ACT for 20 years, customize it a little more each year and it does a great job. You can alos buy a version for advisoes that is already customized.

Just so people are clear what you are buying when you buy Act4Advisors is a datebase (1) that has been customized and maybe its just me but Act 11 with Act4Advisors seems to run much slower than any previous version of act I have used and I say this on a brand new computer.

We have started using Radius as our client managment system. They are new but very receptive to suggested changes.
Google Apps for email sync'd with outlook. We use outlook in the office, Google from the droid. Copies of emails go to their file in Radius.

I think it was Al that was really talking about the Cloud a year or so ago. Makes a lot of sense.
