I would reach out to Tahoe Ray he is in NY also I believe. There may be others.
Foresters and Transamerica are in NY, they both have SI Term. No ROP SI though.
Companion (MoO), Securian (Minnesota life), ANICO, and Foresters. Trans does not have their "Express" product in NY so you have to write their "super" on non-med which is a max of 100k (I believe).

They have a couple of different variates on it.. but the EZIssue can be written for 10/15/20/25/30 years.. 100%ROP or you can take RPU..Table 4 SI issue up to 250K Fully underwritten up to 1,000,000.
