Best Market for Dwelling Fire Policies

I have some decent markets for personal lines but have struggled with rental dwellings. I only have Foremost and Safeco to write rentals with. I am located in Georgia. Can any of you offer some names of companies that are competitive with decent rental units? Allied is really strong but require ALL personal lines to be insured with them too.
