Can you buy your own marketplace plan if you already have insurance from parents?

Let's say your parents keep you on their health insurance (you are under 26), but you are living on your own, earning your own money, and filing your own taxes. However, it is unsafe for you to contact your parents, so you don't use their health insurance. You are currently on medicaid, but you might earn too much soon, so you won't be eligible. You need to get a health insurance plan. You don't earn much money, so based on your income, you can theoretically qualify for subsidies on the marketplace. BUT, will you be able to get a marketplace plan and qualify for subsidies if your parents continue keeping you on their health insurance plan that they get from their job? Your parents refuse to remove you from their health plan, and it is unsafe for you to contact them or for them to know about your health needs.
