Client with Apartment Building Insurance Claim Question

This client has an apartment building and she is asking if the insurance would cover to replace all of her pipes. One of her pipes burst in the laundry room

I've never seen a policy that would replace then entire plumbing system because one pipe burst. Most commercial property policies would cover the damage caused by the water and the cost of repairs, but not the actual damage to the pipe itself.

A policy like that would be nice. A shingle blows off and you get a new roof.
