Do they not understand most FE agents themselves would have to answer yes to Part 2 question 1

Actually, the questions are basically the same as on the current app, they have separated a couple and split them up into four sections instead of two. They added the 5 year look back question for the preferred rate. Certainly no more than Settlers where they group all those unrelated conditions into one question.
