I made a few minor adjustments to my wordpress site, (Medicare Utah | Medicare Supplement Utah | Medicare Advantage Utah) and now my contact form "get a free quote now" on the main page has a permanent box around the get quote now button, so when people submit their info, it never shows it as going through. I am getting 5 to 10 submissions from the same people because of this. Anyone have any ideas or able to help for a reasonable amount. Please message me.
