Claims issue for a tennis injury. MRI deny, even though the doc has insisted on it, and says it is vital to treatment. Coventry is saying NO MRI, therapy instead, even though the doc says the therapy might make the injury worse. Apparently someone sitting in a claims office thinks they know more than the doc. Long story short.
