CRM Add-On Call backs vs Appointments

Currently using the Infusionsoft with all its pros and cons

my biggest issue is appointments and callbacks.

An appointment is a set time to call someone and will last at least a some amount of time

A call back you might have 40 on your taskbar for that day. Call them no answer moved to tomorrow or 2 hours later

The appointment needs to sync with my Google calendar but the callback does not

In Google... Changing appointment is very easy click and drag

Infusionsoft moving an appointment is paid in the ass- definitely not click and drag

Does anyone have suggestions

Don't have Infusionsoft, but know about it.

Why are you using Infusionsoft in the first place? Do you need the marketing automation that it provides? Or any of the other features? I know that it's also a little pricey.

Why not go with a simpler CRM that syncs with Google calendar, for appointments and call-backs? Or sync it via Zapier?
 
i can sinc w/ gogle calandar- the issue is drag and drop to change a time does not move thst inside CRM-

also- calandar does not differenbtiate between call lsit and calling appts
