who is using a dialer that is integrated with their CRM and which dialer & CRM systems are you using? Have you been pleased with the setup from both a functionality and cost perspective?

Five9. It's decent.
Used nextiva for a while. Faaaaar too basic for us. Cost was excellent though.
I would also check out Josh's dialer. Josh is on this forum and is mostly known for his affordable marketing lists but his dialer is pretty sweet too.

Are Press 1 leads illegal?
Five9 isn't competitive at all with Josh's dialer on price. The per month charge is roughly the same before they tack on 2 or 3 cents per minute of call time.
