Not the answer you are looking for but from a consumer's standpoint I got their HDF Medigap policy in 2016 and it was dirt cheap at the time though it is an attained-age policy so it keeps going up and I have never met the $2400 or so deductible so I can't comment on their service if and when that becomes an issue. They are fond of promptly sending out snail mail informing me each time a claim is submitted that they want nothing to do with me since I have not as yet met my deductible.

Yes they have agents. I don’t think there career but they have offices .
