Does the online CMS module process for ACA seem like a cluster to you?

I've logged into the CMS website and have logged in and watched some modules, but seem to have trouble advancing to the next module. Another agent friend told me the same thing.

If I recall, you need to go back to the beginning (start over) each time you finish a module

I find the same thing happens with me and quite frankly, become rather frustrated with it. If you wish to proceed going thru CMS modules, contact their tech support. The tech will walk you thru it, step by step.

If you would rather bypass the CMS modules, it's worth the $20 to pay for AHIP's training and if you want to pay extra, get the CE credit for your state.
