Would someone please explain what is meant by a dropped call? At what level do I need to be concerned? I use Sales Dialer and I don't want to get fined.
A "dropped call" is a call that was answered by a person, but you were not available to pick it up (because you were already on the line). As long as you stay under 3%, you'll be fine.
