Employment History on Application

My license application is requiring me to give them last 5 years of employment. The last 4 years are easy because I've been at the same job. The year before I worked 2-3 different jobs and am not having the easiest time getting my employment dates from them. Exactly how accurate does this need to be? I'm trying my best to not guess, but I really don't remember and can't find any written records.

Don't worry about specific days, just months, like 12/2017 to 02/2018, etc.

Yeah that's the problem though is I don't even remember the months I worked at each place. I'm still trying to get the information from past employers but I don't want to wait too long and have to get another fingerprinting.

Then guess. As long as it's an educated guess, that'll be fine.

Btw, even if you put "unemployed from 01/2017 to 12/2017" that would work too.

Don't stress about it.

Frankly, I don't even know why they ask.
