I'm a large producer of individual health in WA state.

Currently I have connected with the WA healthplanfinder executives and WA Gov office. I'm helping them see many of the Brokers issues and how to fix them on the State Exchange.

1. Does anyone know what states pay agents for Medicaid Enrollments? I sign a lot of clients up for free now...

2. We are escalating issues, but need to find more effective ways to have the WA Exchange actually escalate and fix main issues for Brokers?

Any advise?

CA pays $58 one time fee per application to agents for Medicaid enrollments. It only applies if everyone on the app goes to Medicaid. If the case splits and any members on the app go to Covered CA for subsidy, no $58 for the members who went to Medicaid.
