Fe companies that take direct express

I am having trouble getting a client's Direct Express card accepted with AIG. I called their support team and they said it is most likely a problem w/ the card. Anyone else have any success getting direct express accepted with AIG?

There is not enough money on the card for the first payment. AIG drafts the moment you submit the application - it does not matter what date you ask for the policy to draft on - AIG takes it right away. If there is not enough $$ left on the card when you hit "submit" AIG will say "invalid card." The problem is all AIG - NOT the client's card.

Go with Great Western - a little more expensive but less headaches for both you now and, most likely, the client's family down the road.

Okay, what about Gerber? It comes in at around $35 cheaper than Great Western.

Then go with them. Keep in mind that Gerber's rates for debit cards are higher than for regular ACH.
