Finding a Good Telemarketer

Hi, I am trying to find a good Telemarketer. Can you give me any suggestions. I am in the Chicago land area. Appreciate your input.

Hire 2 or 3 so you have a rotation ready and competing to work whenever you need them. If you only have 1 there are going to be days that you need her that "something is going to come up" and you will have unplanned downtime.

If you stick with it you might end up with one that will last for a little while.

I'd try CL and oDesk. Make sure that if you're having them call for residential that they've done residential before. For b2b it won't matter as much.
