I have a michigan DSNP Humana client moving to Pennsylvania Franklin county next month. Well, she's already there to take care of her ailing mother. She is not on many meds, doesn't see a plethora of docs, enroll and she's good and happy. She might need a little help finding a pcp.
Anyone well versed in DSNP who would like to help her? She said she would be changing her address to that county next month.
