Group ACO Plans

Anyone have information on group plans operating on the ACO platform?

Arizona has the Banner Health Network, an ACO created by our largest chain of hospitals. All the major carriers have jumped on the opportunity (Aetna, BCBS, Health Net, Humana and UHC), and have created HMO look-alike plans with the ACO network. The ACO network is about 25% the size of the HMO network that some of them still had. Two of my clients are strongly considering it, and the premium is about 30% lower for a similar plan design ($3000 deductible, 100% co-insurance, copay plan). They are afraid of the PCP gatekeeper problem, though. BTW, not all groups have 30% rate differential.
