Help with Selling Life Insurance...

Frank hit the nail right on the head: 80% of his time is prospecting for clients.

$410 is not a big enough investment to make any meaningful conclusions regarding.....it takes much more than that.

Having said that, if your marketing budget is now gone then you will need to pound the pavement - something a lot of agents don't do/won't do.

There is no easy way into this business.................

Very good point, that is a small portion to effectively gauge results, perhaps you should save more money and diversify your unique approaches. Perhaps learn SEO (free traffic from google), door hangers, bulletin boards, business cards in car windows, call your local news station or radio station with a suprising fact about the industry that you can help with.

If you are not a Compulife subscribers, you can get 4 months free by requesting a 30 day trial and doing the "Dare to Compare" tutorial. The 4 free months includes both the desktop version (for your PC computer) and the online web quotes. The entire package is $298 per year after 4 months, if you decide to continue ($199 plus $99 per year).

NOTE: The sample site does not include ALL 100 life companies. Once we set up an account and activate quotes for you, you get to selected which of the 100 companies you want quoting at your site.

You may want to look into PPC, or pay per click, if you get a good landing page, your lead cost may come to 12-18 dollars per submitted form. Much better than $50.00, and its not a "shared" lead unless they input their information into other sites...
