My home burned down last May. In August my insurance company agreed to pre-pay 6 months of Rental fees in a lump some. Now in February, 6 months later they have not provided an ALE payment for month 7 with no explanation which will cause me to have to leave the rental property and find somewhere to live.
My Public Adjuster tells me that they are not required to pre-pay but are required to re-imburse the payments after the fact.
He also tells me there are services that will pay the rent upfront and re-coup the rent payment directly from the insurance company for a fee that will come out of the ALE coverage.
Looking online I am not able to find any ALE payment services that will pay the rent and expense the insurance company.
Can anyone confirm if these services exist and what they are called so I can get in contact with them? I live in Washington State.
