If my car is totaled, usually how many days can I drive the rental car to buy the new car?

When we negotiate the total price, can we count the car sales tax and title fee?

Generally, once the settlement offer is accepted the rental must stop. You can try to get anything added to the offer but extra fees for registration and taxes are a push

Many insurance companies will stop paying for the rental when the offer is made. They don't subsidize you while you think about it or argue the amount. You do that at your own cost. You might be able to get another day or two to replace your car.
