How is E&O for Less with Carriers?

I am setting off on my own in the next month. I just came across E&O for less. The 10,000 deductible is not ideal but it does seem to have everything I need. How are they with carrier appointments? Anyone have any issues?

It's an individual E&O policy not an agency policy. If it's just you, there shouldn't be any issues. The deductible is high and some carriers will only accept 5k or below. Find out what deductibles your carriers require.

My first E&O policy was with them. I never had an issue with a carrier. Safeco, Travelers, Hartford, Chubb, etc, all accepted it without even asking.

Good to know. My only appointments right now are non standard, who accepted it just fine. MGAs and wholesalers are fine with it too. I figured I'd need a lower retention by the time i get preferred appointments.
