Where do you go to find this info? Is it the courthouse or the accessor's office? What do you ask them for? Book of new home buyers? In LA you have to buy your homeowners and flood if necessary before they'll allow you to close. Wish there was a way to find out who's buying before they get to closing outside of a real estate agent

You go to the court house. The deed / property transfer book. In the probate office most of the time or tax assessors office. They put them in order of when they get them. Start in the back of the book...
