How to get more leads as a Life Insurance Agent

Ben Feldman used Duns & Bradstreet to find his target-companies.
Here in Portugal I did the same.
What I do is make a list of potentials with a certain criteria:
#1- Revenue
#2- Debt / Equity
#3- Number of employees
...
and so on.
And I make sure these are up to no more than a 40 mile radius.
You need to play a General first, before "going to war".
Make the investment, it will pay itself over and over.
You'll get all your answers there.

In addition, think how will they look at you when you show up with a tailored presentation for that Company? You know his name, how much debt they carry, and so on.
