How to Recruiting Agents

Looking to recruit agents but not sure what are some thinigs not to say or things that throw agents off

If you want to recruit all the agents, be sure to use these two words "assign commissions" nevermind what it means, just use them and success will follow...

Looking to recruit agents but not sure what are some thinigs not to say or things that throw agents off

Based on your posts so far, you likely don't want to say:

• that you have a great opportunity for seasoned agents...
• You probably don't want to say that you can help them succeed at the next level...
• You probably don't want to say that you can help them based on your extensive experience...

That's 3 points off the top of my head. I'm sure there are more things that you should not say.
