I've asked for a list of zip codes where this is the case and I suggest we issue a fatwa against those zips.

Ok, so I used two zip in FL and got the new plans.

Used this zip in AZ : 85085

It brought up the old plans.

The Monogram is $73.97 on ehealth and the Value plan on HumanaOne.com is $71.47.
