That is if it has a name.

Lots of business people call them press 1's, therefore they are called press 1's.

Ya seems so. I'm going to call them "Pat leads" because nobody is certain what to call them.

Take note folks. "Pat leads" are when a live person makes the call. They verbally ask the potential client for permission to play a message.

Wouldn't the agent have to get the recording of the client agreeing to hear a message? Without it the agent has no idea if its done legally.
