Incentivized Direct Mail leads? Leads that pay you?

what do you guys think about a true Direct Mail lead with filters available. With incentive for the agent like this.
(AP is annual premium)

100,000 AP = 28.00 lead
150,000 AP = 26.00 lead
200,000 AP = 24.00 lead
250,000 AP = 22.00 lead
300,000 AP = 20.00 lead

Does this make sense for the agent? is it fair?

Everything is fair so long as both parties willingly agree to it :)

Of course, everything stays the same.

I agree, it would defeat the purpose if I took away their commission levels LOL

Yes $20 for a true lead that says "life insurance" ages 55-79 RGI lead and a 130% plus contract with many well known carriers is a good fair deal for the agent with $300k of premium .I commend you as you'll have skin in the game unlike 95% of Imo's and agents recruiting who just want to suck overrides .

I don't know if I agree with that. People settle for bad deals all the time. Like 70% "starting" comp levels lol.

they might think it's fair at the moment because they don't know any better. But down the road in hindsight they know they got Hoodwinked ;)

what people are saying about these leads:

"To those of you guys who are looking for affordable quality DM leads. Jose's leads are top notch and well priced per thousand.I'm at a 1.75% return which brings my cost to $24.00 per lead." ~Eloy Soria CA
