Income verification letter for ACA clients

Is there any document we can submit For ACA clients that aren’t able to submit proof of income at the time but believe they will make the required income by the end of the year. I have heard of income attestation letter but don’t know what looks like or what needs to be on the letter. Does anyone have any tips or an example of this letter?

I have them type a letter with their marketplace app ID and DOB explaining why they expect to make a certain income, sign and date and you upload to marketplace for them. It has never failed yet.
