I buy clearance leads only ($2.00) as they are 12-15 days old. I then email them something (usually a news letter that I produce) then email some sample quotes and snail mail them the same. I find that I sell more of these later (usually 30-50 days) because as someone pointed out their phone has stopped ringing. It pays to keep in touch with them (news letters by email etc) Most people hate to see us. So why piss them off by constantly phoneing them. Have a great holiday all.
