Yah - but who owns the data? Who has access to see it? What percentage of your book goes through that Cluster? When you leave that cluster can you take your data with you?

Summary on Ezlynx.
Everything is great and responsive before you sign on dotted line. Once you do buy, getting help from sales rep is impossible (nearly). They nickel and dime on everything including basic features, like texting from the system. Once you are with them you are stuck because switching is massively difficult as they "don't play nice" with other AMSs. All that said it gets the job done at a higher price than is necessary. I would go with another option personally. This is based off of 14 years of using it.
