IVF Lifetime

I had medical insurance coverage with BCBS with my 1st employer with whom I used my lifetime fertility benefits of $20,000 and later I changed my job with a different employer where I enrolled in a different insurance plan (not BCBS). Now I am changing my job again and the new company (employer) now is offering to enroll in BCBS . My questions is, if I enroll for medical benefit with BCBS through my new employer, will the fertility lifetime benefit starts over again or it starts from where it ended? I appreciate a response in this regard.

IVF is not a medical necessity. You must live in a state where coverage is mandated. You might want to thank everyone for paying higher premiums so you can have this procedure done.
