Lead in Texas

I have a lead here in Michigan that I just called and she is retiring and moving to Texas. She is an employee of the state and she is offered some form of insurance in retirement but she isn't sure of the cost or benefits yet.

Area is north richland hills that she is moving to. I'd like to recommend her to a local agent and when I tried to Google it I kept getting those big national companies. I want someone who will actually make sure what they sell her would be better than her other option through the state.
