Does anyone know if there are any current SEP’s in the state of Texas, such as Disaster related, or a 5 Star plan SEP?

Question are you trying to move someone from one MA plan to another or are you trying to move someone from Supplement to an MA plan.
Additionally we would need to know what county you are in zip code included in order to see if your county has a disaster related or 5 Star plan available in your area.

It’s for someone in Wood County. I don’t have the Zip code with me. This person has Medicare A& B only. No MAPD, No Medigap, No PDP .
