Life insurance carrier appointment for new brokerage.

Good evening everyone,

I am in the process of starting a new brokerage and I am seeking recommendations for life insurance carriers to work with in New York. I have a few questions and would appreciate any insights you can provide:

1. If I am appointed with one carrier, such as MetLife, will I still be eligible to receive an appointment with another carrier, such as New York Life?
2. Do these life insurance carriers also offer health policies, or do I need to make a separate appointment request for health insurance?
3. Are there any production requirements or fees that I need to be aware of when working with these carriers?
