I think xrac's version was geared more for an individual than the business owner.

What I think is interesting is that "voluntary termination" and "retirement" mean the same thing to me. I guess the difference depends on how long you want to stay "terminated".

DHK, I think you're right! I forgot where I was since I don't come here often. Been hanging out at the other place too much and forgot there was a prospect other than a business owner!
