Looking for a solid mailing house to do Lumpy Mail.

Thank you for the offer, but I have a T65 plan. This is for T68-75 and really for local distribution.

My plan is to hit people on their birthday month when they get an increase in their Medicare Supplement.

It can be local if we get 10+ partners to buy in to that area . . .

I had already read that thread.

I'm okay with the item I have (namely because it's purchased) I don't want to fold and prep letters.. HOWEVER, it's a low level of contacts for the next few months.

Eventually, I may buy a fold/envelope stuffer, but those start at 5k.

The folder starts at 3-400.

I was not suggesting the contents of the thread. I was suggesting a person as a possible resource for answers to your basic question about a mailing house if you don't get a useful reply here. I often get in trouble mentioning names in threads is why I tried to do it via pm.
