I'm sure someone will chime in regarding MA but with all of the lines that I work, referral fees are fine (subject to a limit) to almost anyone but cannot be contingent on a sale. You have to pay regardless of the outcome.

Meaning, you're essentially buying leads.

Unless they have changed it this year, the maximum referral fees are $100 for MA/MAPD or $25 for PDP referral.

This is correct. Also, Health Sherpa is now paying agents for Medicare Referrals
