Mayo Rochester MN and Mayo WI will accept at least one MAPD for WI issued plans..
You cannot use Mayo clinics in Arizona or Florida with your plan unless it is an emergency.

a) will Mayo treat you, regardless of whether you have insurance?
b) will your insurer handle Mayo's bill as an out-of-network service provider if you submit the claim, given that Mayo apparently turns up its nose at your choice of insurer?
