The having to have 5 agents is BS to override . I’ve had offers at $50-$75 on my own business with zero agents . Also with CO’s like Humana and anthem they pay the fmo only in most cases . They fmo pays you so you work out the override. Ifg seems to be paying the agency’s overrides directly .[/QUOTE
I didn't want agents under me, but as it happened I was offered a couple and took them on since I was already helping them. FMO now pays me on those and on myself. Had no idea I'd be paid on myself and was shocked a little bit when the first check issued to me, just days after the paperwork was done, was over- ride on myself. Not a bad deal.
