Medicare: Our New Website Improves The Customer Experience.

While I can appreciate the folks at CMS are trying to make things easier for the public to self-navigate the Medicare & ACA maze there are too many factors that are not considered.

Computer literacy
Access to high speed internet
Access to a device that is not a smartphone
The ability/inability to comprehend the complexity of Medicare/ACA
Knowing when and how to enroll in Medicare

When hc.gov was created, 43 did a promo claiming that finding and buying a policy was as simple as buying an airline ticket. What a joke.

This is no different.

I can't say if it is more simple or not but I do believe this is another waste of taxpayer dollars.
